Dapsone is chemically sulfonamide with its leprostatic mechanism used in the treatment of Hansen’s disease. It one safest drugs leprosy patients. Apart from safety, it associated various adverse effects such as hemolytic anemia, allergic dermatitis, agranulocytosis, methaemoglobinemia, and dapsone hypersensitivity syndrome (DHS). DHS typically presents fever, skin eruptions, Jaundice, hepatomegaly (organ involvement). We present a case 35-year-old female attended to Government General Hospital complaints rashes, yellowish discoloration eyes. She had past medication history taken for paucibacillary 4 weeks. Her symptoms appeared after month become intolerable dapsone. Laboratory investigations revealed hepatomegaly, anemic jaundice. Based on dermatological examination, her diagnosis was confirmed DHS. The drug stopped patient treated symptomatic cure. recovered condition multibacillary multidrug regimen continued without
